Five engagements, bought three ways. Three are fixed scope, and one is a retained team under a single statement of work. Embedded engineers are priced per day.

Fixed scope or embedded engineers.
Fixed scope buys a defined output. Embedded engineers buy time that you direct. The table sets out what each one gives you and when it fits.

Pricing questions
How much does 1AYM charge?
Day rates start at £750 to £1,250, depending on seniority and the project. Fixed-scope work, such as the AI Opportunity & Feasibility Sprint, is quoted after scoping, and the statement of work fixes the price before work starts.
How is fixed-scope work priced?
Against its scope. Once the scope is agreed, the statement of work sets the price, the outputs and the acceptance criteria. The work can start within a day of it being signed.
Can we start with a small piece of work?
Yes. We take small fixed-scope statements of work as well as larger builds. If you are still choosing what to build, start with the AI Opportunity & Feasibility Sprint, typically two to four weeks.
Who owns what you build?
Copyright in the deliverables is assigned to you where the contract needs it. Our engineers work under identities you issue, and nothing we deliver depends on a system only 1AYM can reach.
