What he does.
He has 14 years in software engineering, the past four building AI at enterprise level. On an engagement he sits with the executive sponsor, sets the engineering standard, and still writes the code. 1AYM's work is in production at a large international marketing agency and a government-accredited EdTech.
Before 1AYM he worked as a full-stack and mobile engineer. He founded and led a software agency that built web and mobile products, booking systems and payment integrations for business clients, in React, Swift and Kotlin. As a lead software engineer in Dubai, he led the architecture and delivery of a greenfield data warehouse and platform for more than 35,000 users, managed a distributed engineering team and cut feature cycles by 35%. He holds a BSc in Computer Science.
He founded 1AYM, incorporated as 1AYM Ltd in England and Wales on 25 February 2025, which today works with clients across the UK, the US and the Gulf. Every engineer on a 1AYM contract is either certified on the platforms the work is built on or has shipped inside a top-tier engineering organisation, and 1AYM scales the team to the contract.
