Privacy notice.

1AYM is an enterprise AI and platform consultancy, based in Stoke‑on‑Trent in the UK. We are the data controller for this site. For anything relating to this notice, email enquiries@1aym.com.

Analytics. Vercel Analytics collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used.

Product analytics. PostHog records how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, page speed, errors and session recordings of the page as you see it. Every form field is masked in recordings, so nothing you type is captured. PostHog sets a first-party cookie that links your visits together, and stores this data in the United States. PostHog does not run if your browser sends Do Not Track.

Advertising measurement. Google Analytics records visits (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and an identifier that links your visits together) and completed call bookings so we can tell which visits become enquiries, and shares those conversions with Google Ads to measure our advertising. Google sets cookies on your device for this. It is separate from Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google Search and collects nothing on this site.

Contact. This site has no contact form. If you email us, we use what you send solely to respond. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy notice; we pass the booking reference, not your name or email, to Google Analytics and PostHog to count the conversion. Our business contact is enquiries@1aym.com; sites and apps that use our company name without permission are named in our impersonation notice.

Your immediate assessment result, copy and download do not require an email address. If you request an emailed plan, we receive your email address and 13 answer values, recompute the result and send it through Resend. We do not send your email or answers to analytics.

Our business inbox receives your address, the request date and your separate marketing-updates choice. It does not receive your assessment answers. The updates checkbox is optional and unchecked by default; requesting a plan does not start a marketing campaign.

Resend processes the plan content and delivery metadata and retains email data for 30 days under its standard policy. We keep the notification in our business inbox for handling the request and any follow-up you have asked for, as with other email enquiries. There is no separate signup database. To request deletion or withdraw an updates opt-in, email enquiries@1aym.com.

We process the requested plan to provide the service you asked for. Any marketing updates rely on your separate consent. Short-lived request tokens and hashed rate-limit buckets help prevent abuse; these are not analytics profiles.

We process this data under legitimate interest: understanding how the site is used, measuring whether our advertising leads to enquiries, and responding to the enquiries you send us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. Analytics data is retained per the providers' standard retention periods.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and to object to its processing. Email enquiries@1aym.com and we will act on it.

Data passes through Vercel (hosting and analytics), PostHog, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement), and Cal.com (booking), and Resend when you request an assessment email. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under their standard contractual safeguards. No data is sold to anyone.
